Good news but as always...

"Where are the Batteries going to come from (or at least the cells)?"
That seems to be a constraint for JLR and a few other makers at the moment.

Hams Hall is AFAIK, a battery assembly plant. i.e. the big things that go into the vehicles.
They AFAIK, aren't going to make the individual cells there. Again AFAIK, there are no battery cell manufacturing in the UK and that we have to rely on the likes of Samsung, LG and others to make the cells.
