Instavolt now have an App and you can order RFID cards through the app. Why? It will save you 1p per KW from their rewards scheme. Also If you recommend someone then you both get £5.00 credit when they do their first charge of over 10Kw my referral code is AdWVu if anyone wants to save a penny!

Now if it was saving 10p a kw I would probably get one, BP has a subscription card that is good for anyone charging regularly. I have found both brands mostly reliable for charging.

Probably more beneficial for fleet drivers as the app allows for printable VAT invoices. I agree that 1p per kWh is not worth the hassle (and the extra plastic card).

I’ve got one. It’s now in the glove box along with the zillion other cards which I hardly ever use ...
