Yes but it's the same for all batteries including smartphone wich are more volume that EV actually ...
So if u want to do 0 pollution u have to live like 200 years ago ....
Particles filters are hard to threat to ...
Again their is no ideal solution yet but EV are a step ahead compared to ice.

The dpf does actually eliminate the particulates. The dpf regeneration (burning) process uses excess oxygen to convert the particulates to CO2 (better). My son drives a 8 year old Audi 2.0 tdi with 120k mls the tail pipe has no black inside.
