Indeed. There are at least 8 (four each side) BP chargers waiting to be turned on at the Reading Services (M4). They've been covered for several months now so I wonder what the delay is?

Usually, the delay with these things is the grid connection from the DNO. Not always but usually. Not sure with this one, but I would expect that’s the most likely reason.

Leeds is no longer on free vend, when I used it yesterday. App worked fine.
