I'll let you know when mine arrives, though Didnt know I could get one for free from the dealers :(
But which bit of the dealer do you go to ask about it? Sales or Service?

I've been told the Jaguar Publ8c Charging cards were not sent to UK dealers only European ones. Anyone actually got one from a UK dealer?
My company car is a MY19 Firenze Red I-Pace HSE with Black Trim, HUD, Cold Weather Pack and Fog Lights.

That was also my understanding. Might have changed in the 18 months since I bought my car, but I was told that at the time. 10 euros really didn’t seem horrendous. I saved that on my first Ionity charge!

Good news for those travelling to/from UK via Folkestone - Ionity started a new construction at nearby Hythe accessible from both directions.

Hi Gary,

I bought my new I-Pace from a main dealer in February and can confirm they didn't give me a card.

Like Abu Dhabi Dude I just bought one from the net for €10 which seemed okay value to me given the fixed price rapid charging possibilities.

Best, Rob

I guess Ionity are trying to get all their UK sites operational before the end of the year when the EU funding dries up (at least as far as the UK is concerned)

It seems Ionity is picking up the pace with their station roll out - 6 new constructions today (18 so far this Month and 12 in August). So far there are 280 station open and a further 57 under construction - still 63 over their target of 400 by end of 2020.

Ionity started construction in 2 new countries (1 in Poland and 2 in Estonia) bringing the # of countries with Ionity stations/constructions to 22.

The other 3 new constructions were in France which has now 54 open and 17 under construction - there are however still 3 big blind spots when looking at coverage of France. Germany has 1 major blind spot in the North East - no stations between Hamburg & Berlin (approx 300km).

On this point, I saved more than the cost of the card on my first charging session! What would have cost me £22 on Ionity cost me £8.80 with the Jag card. So it’s not even something that requires repeated use to make it worthwhile.

Yes but there are very few Ionity chargers in the U.K. you can do that, other chargers you can use the card are also very few and expensive too. Polar/Chargemaster is the one that I use most often and Instavolt which are all contactless. At home Octopus Agile is just a no brainer, plug in after 7pm so cheap
IPace SE Caesium Blue, Ivory interior, Air suspension, 18in wheels, Drivers pack, 360. arrived 16th July, very nice.
