Only Jaguar would think it reasonable to supply a car at that price with a special compartment for a warning triangle and then not include one. Switzerland actually requires you to have a triangle available 'within easy reach' so not buried in the boot.
Think that is your dealer, not Jaguar. Mine was buried in the boot on delivery. Also got the first aid kit supplied. These should be part of the delivery charges made by the dealer. Had not seen the smugglers hatch yet.
Next thing to check out is that umbrella stowage under the rear seats. Who knows...

I bought mine from Rimmer Bros. as it was cheaper, but it's a genuine Jaguar part and it does fit.

The one I have was supplied in a bag with PN T2H7754 made by Gebra but says Landrover not Jaguar. It is longer and wider so does not fit in the door. Dealer will do and exchange. Thanks for the photos.

How about that! I looked at the tailgate and yes their is stowage and a triangle in there. :
