Another question!
Is it enough to just give me start help? Or does the 12v battery need to be charged?

JagsG, If you pull the big screw cap off there is a small loop & cable inside the hole. Pull the cable to release the hood.

Can you remove the rear centre cover behind the "Frunk" bin to view the 12 V battery.

A Digital Multi Meter will be needed to measure the battery voltage.

If the 12V battery is below 12.2 Volts it will need to be charged with battery charger able to output > 5Amps, you should charge to achieve above 13 Volts for 1 hour.

Disconnect the battery charger after charging and test the Remote Unlock and Start switch to see if the car will start.

If the car starts OK you will need to re- measure the 12V battery to test if the car is able to charge the battery, if the battery voltage falls 12.2 volts, you will have to put your car onto a truck to the dealer workshop for repair.
