After deep sleep - no reaction at all

Post by JagsG » Sat Apr 03, 2021 9:10 am

My car went into deep sleep after I wasnt using it for the last 10 days.
The car is not showing any reaction. Cannot even open it. Whats that?

Got into the car with the "real" key, but even inside I cannot start anything. Completely dead!

Any hint how I could start the car?

Check the 12v auxiliary battery under the front bonnet, if you look at the IGUIDE you will see jump lead instructions, there are many reasons the that battery gets drained one of which is setting the security system for long periods.
IPace SE Caesium Blue, Ivory interior, Air suspension, 18in wheels, Drivers pack, 360. arrived 16th July, very nice.

There's a manual release under the cap in the passenger footwell.

Since you have an MY21,i suppose it's not the keyfob, but worth checking:

MY21 it is still on the key fob, but if the 12v is flat then you will have to use the manual pull located (Yours is LHD) on the passenger side - Right side.
Instructions are on the Jaguar web site.

Yes, meant it's a bit soon for the battery of the key fob to be depleted.

Guys, what do I need to do with the manual release cap? I am turning it around but nothing is happening.
