Upper center display dead on MY21

Curiously the upper center display isnt working any more. Th lower display is fine.
Any suggestins how I can reset the system? Already was holding on/off button to reset. But ist turning on again.
Is there anything I can disconnect to have a "hard reset"?

Does the Infotainment work at all? Does your phone connect to bluetooth when in the car and does audio controls from the steering wheel work, etc?

Lock the car at least for 10 min, that helped with older system, might help with MY21 too. 10min is enough to car shutting down full so it's as close to reset as possible without disconnecting 12V battery.

I remebered a video I saw on Youtube some months ago. The guy in the video had similar problems.
He unplugged a connection hidden behind a coverage in the trunk (on the right).
Tried the same. Unplugged two connections for just a minute. After plugging them both in again, the
display was working again.
