My i-pace arrived today!! Unfortunately, its delivery coincides with snow and ice and being the most powerful car I've driven, I'm being a bit cautious.
Anyway, a couple of things:
The charging port flap isn't quite flush with the body, is that normal?
The socket for the charging cable allows for the connection of my home charger no problem. As I understand it, for faster commercial chargers the bottom part of the charging socket is used too. This seems to have a plastic plug in it but it didn't come loose with a little tugging. Before I give it more of a yank, I just wanted to check with you guys whether this should indeed come out!

If you press the driving modes top button twice gives you rain and snow mode. The button above that is for ASPC which is cruise control for slippy conditions/difficult terrain between 3 and 19 MPH https://www.ownerinfo.jaguar.com/docume ... c/G2294284

Yes you can remove the plastic plug if your rapid charging DC mainly at service stations

Surely the salesperson explained to you how to charge the car and the various options when you purchased it?
My bonnet has never closed flush! The dealer had it in to correct it, but couldn't and now says 'body panel fitment' has only a years warrantee!
When I said that they had it in to adjust it some months before but didn't do a particularly a good job, they basically said we can't make it fit better, but you can pay to have it sorted! It all stems from a dealer fix to the bonnet release cable!
Money will sort it but we can't!!
