Can I use this Tesla charger?

I'm getting mixed reports but this appears to show a compatible charger but it's clearly branded up as Tesla.

Do you know if this would work?

I have used a Tesla charger at two hotels in Norfolk with success.
The 7kw one at Dunston Hall near Norwich took a bit of plugging in and resetting car but eventually worked well.
The 7kw one at Newmarket, Bedford Lodge Hotel worked first time. Interestingly they also had some Super Porsche ones ( possibly 350kw ) which are very new and high power. Which I was not allowed to use.

These are so called destination chargers, right?
I assume it´s just a branded type 2 Wallbox. So it should work. Everything would be stupid for the hotels as well.

thanks for confirming - good to know they could potentially work! We love staying N Norfolk but charging with a granny fills me with dread! Thornhan Deli here we come!

Tesla fit one universal low power charge point to every two Tesla points in hotels and the like to encourage venues to host them. Universal chargers are white and Tesla red, but they are identical. There is an internal switch that sets Tesla only or universal functionality. There are very occasionally white points that have been switched to Tesla only.

I purchased an adapter that allows me to use Tesla charger. Works well.

You can use Tesla destination chargers with the white sign only. These should be listed on ZapMap as type 2 chargers in the Tesla network.
