Interesting that at the 25min 44sec point in the video, the presenter states that the max wading depth is 550mm, which is news to me...

I wonder how many ICE's can manage that sort of depth.

As a word of warning, going too fast through water can rip off the rear mud spoilers.

Mine was done perfectly then.... although to be accurate it was behind 2 desks

Then leaving me to work out the missing components and the parts which still don't work

Same here, keys handed over and a quick walk around to check it was OK,which I am sure is the cause of the issues I have, as the JLR document states that the handover must me done with the purchaser in order to set the car up. Also I did a list of settings I wanted in the car. Took about 5 minutes the week before handover to go through so supposedly the car would be set up correctly with all my favourites etc, but none of it was done.
