Love this app.
Would it be possible to have an option to open and close the boot from the app.

Would make receiving amazon parcels so much better while out and the car is home.

I suspect it isn’t part of the API.

However, what’s the difference between opening the boot and opening the whole car and then asking the driver to open the boot? Once you open the boot the delivery person can fold down the seat and gain access to the rest of the car anyway.

An interesting way to keep deliveries safe in the back of the car though.

You're right, those specific commands are not available using the API :)

The service center says they have fixed the car, but MyPace says my TCU battery is at 0%
Should I be worried?

This might fix itself when you start the car. It can’t be at 0% or the app wouldn’t be able to connect with it.

When was the last data update in the app ?
Keep in mind that the app pull data out of the JLR server, and the JLR server pull data out of the car. You can see data in the app, but the data are outdated if the JLR servers are not able to contact the car.

The app says it’s up to date, but it’s been at 0% since they transported it to the service center, about 12 days now...

I suppose they checked both batteries when it was at the service center, since the problem was the 12v system, but I’m still gonna ask them, just to be sure. I have a very long trip coming up this weekend and need my car to be in working condition.

Maybe I’m wrong, but I don’t think it’s possible that the app is communicating with the car if the TCU bat is dead.

Also even if the TCU bat dies, you should be able to drive and charge the car - but then again not 100% sure, would be great if someone could confirm or deny :)

Just pushed another update which adds support for Siri commands.

The iOS provides 4 different built in car commands for siri:
1. Checking the lock status.
2. Locking / unlocking.
3. Checking SoC / range / charging status.
4. Honk and blink

In order to use these, you should try commands which sound most natural in your language (i.e the language the iPhone is set to).
Here're some examples:
* Hey siri what is my cars state of charge?
* Hey siri how much charge does my car have?
* Hey siri What's left in my car's battery?
* Hey Siri, Do I need to charge my car?
* Hey siri activate my cars audible signals (you will be asked to confirm)
* Hey siri honk the horn (you will be asked to confirm)
* Hey siri flash my cars headlights (you will be asked to confirm)
* Hey siri lock my car
* Hey siri is my car locked?
* Hey siri unlock my car
* Hey siri where is my car?

Note that audible signals / honking, and blinking is tied into a single JLR API command, so regardless of your spoken phrase it'll both honk and blink (or just blink is some countries).

I've added one more Siri shortcut (this is a custom one), for preconditioning. You can set it up using the shortcuts app, by tapping on MyPace app.
