Hi, first of all, awesome app, just keeps getting better!

Question, it seems the unlock function stops the charging at least when charging on a normal socket. Would it be possible to unlock without stopping the charging process? Or is it a setting in the car? Thank you in advance
This is simply how the car behaves as not something the API can influence.

Thanks!

That’s a car setting, the same thing also happens when you unlock using the key fob.

AC charging stops, but DC fast charging doesn’t. It’s how the car is set up by JLR and can’t be changed.

Released an update yesterday which adds scheduled charging.

Note that it works together with Limit SoC, so you can start both options at the same time.

So happy that you have developed scheduled charging for the app, it has been impossible to get the convoluted Jaguar 'set departure time' method to work, it started but never stopped charging at the specified time.

Just a quick question. I assume that when I plug the car in it will start charging, will the app interrupt this and then do the schedule charge?

Thanks for creating this great app.

Thanks Taxus! And yes - you are correct, when you plug in the car, if the “Scheduled Charging” feature is active, the app will pause the charging within a min or two after plugging in, and start again at the desired start time.

Can I also say how much I appreciate the “monitor charging” function. It’s incredibly useful. Thanks!

If you want to see the status of your IPace, and you don't have your phone, here is a little app in HTML/Javascript that will provide you main info about your car:

https://ipace.herokuapp.com/static/jlr.html

and if you want to graph some info during a charge, here is another page:

https://ipace.herokuapp.com/static/charge.html

Both page works in the car's browser as well !!
All info on thoses HTML pages come from the JLR API.
