I-pace in the wild
Hi I was coming down the M40 from Brum towards Oxford, when I came across a red I-pace on the inside lane. We wondered whether it was off to a viewing down south, but I think in the end it pulled off at Gaydon (location of a JLR research site). Anyway, other than the colour, which was tomato red rather than Frienze red or whatever they call it, it looked fantastic, lovely lines and proportions. I think when they realised I was following they sped off (without showing any remarkable turn of speed). I took a photo but I was driving and I should have employed a zoom. If my wife has better photo's I'll post those. Anymore non-static sightings?

Photon red reminds me of the early MINI Countryman red which was also made at Graz.
Gaydon is pretty much THE JLR development centre.

They are out and about now. JLR engineers are using them. This one was filling up at a petrol station! (They were filling up a lawn mower
)

My pre-order build is white, and this post makes me feel good about that…

Quote from an engineer driving a I-Pace in the wild; "The I-Pace handles better than an F-Type".
