WattCat (and Jaguar Remote) both stopped connecting to my car last night after I attempted a remote climate start. WattCat reports "Cannot retrieve updated vehicle status". Journeys (trips) also does not show any new trips completed since connection stopped.

Navigation still connects and I can send the car routes and destinations.

Any ideas for re-establishing the remote connection? Is there a reboot/reset procedure?

Below is my Wattcatt data for the past few days.

Nov 11th:
81% charge - 55.55 kW
100% charge would be 69.44 kW
Nov 11th
75% charge - 51.45 kW
100% charge would be 68.01 kW
Nov 12th
68% charge - 46.25 kW
100% charge would be 68.6 kW
Nov 14th
93% charge - 63.85 kW
100% charge would be 68.65 kW
Nov 14th
96% charge - 66.1 kW
100% charge would be 68.85 kW

So I have contacted my dealer to get my battery checked.
I live in Princeton, NJ and have had this car for exactly a year.

I have some serious concerns about the health of my battery.

The vehicle suffered from coolant leakage for the first 5 or 6 months. I didn't use the AC because it was cold. When I realized the AC wasn't working, I gave my vehicle for repair and Jaguar took 3 weeks for repair.

I am concerned that the battery pack may have some suffered damage during this time because of impaired thermal management.

If the data that Wattcat is showing is anywhere close to being correct, the degree of degradation my battery pack has suffered, is unacceptable.
My car is also one year old and yesterday measure with WattCat was : 100% charge 79.35kW , state of health 95% ( range 415km or 259 miles )

I've had a state of health varying over the past 6 days from 90% up to 95% and back down to 93% as I look at it tonight the reason for it only being 6 days is the car is only that old., and built in mid october. I thought that health was the 12V battery?

Health is for the high voltage battery pack. Not the 12V battery. :)

Ardevd, I paused charging around 06:00 this morning and at 09:00 I used the "Resume Charging" option in Charging and got the following message: " Not able to get the CP token."

I got this message a couple of times. Charging continued to show "Paused". I checked my WallBox charger app and the second time I opened it charging had resumed. I then reopened WattCat and it still showed "Paused". A few minutes later when I checked WattCat it now displayed "Charging".

I am using version 0.9.4

Sounds like a temporary API issue I'm afraid. For whatever reason, WattCat failed to obtain the authentication token required for the charging control request. I try my best to account for those situations and WattCat should provide a notification when charging is resumed or paused but sometimes the API just takes so long to communicate with the vehicle and get the response back (the communication between the InControl service and the vehicle itself is done over SMS) that WattCat just eventually ignores it and treats the operation as timed out.

I think that there was a significant server issue this morning. I tried to start the heating from both the standard app and WattCat. The standard app just didn't report, WattCat wanted me to log on but was unable to do so and then the Jaguar Remote reported various errors. Seemed like JLR servers.

Sounds like it. I haven't had any issues myself.

Any API timeout or backend issues going on? I've not been able to use WattCat all day (even installed it again). The official apps are slow, but after a while features do work.

My official app hasnt really worked either. They just show cached data. I think it's a temporary service issue. Seems to be up now. At least partially.
