Working on v1.4.0 and one of the new features includes the periodic vehicle state checks. WattCat will periodically check the vehicle status and notify the user if something requires attention. This includes, but is not limited to, 12v battery voltage, washer fluid level and TCU battery state.

You can always check the vehicle details page to check the state yourself, but now WattCat will at least let you know when you need to take action :)

I appreciate the comment!

I would if I had the time. :) Unfortunately there's still only 24 hours a day so it's not on the roadmap I'm afraid.

Now here is an interesting situation. Jaguar Remote App on two different Samsung phones reported, when trying to unlock the car, that the vehicle was in use, no can do. Tried Wattcat and no problem, doors unlocked straight away. Then locked the car again via Wattcat.
After this the Jaguar Remote App would then lock and unlock the car. Thanks again, Ardevd.
Minor observation, when I use Wattcat to unlock, the app suggests the use of Biometrics but when I attempt to do so I receive a warning "Key permanently invalidated". Maybe I have a setting wrong in my phone.

The error is caused by the fact that you've most likely modified the biometric setup on your phone (added/removed a finger for example). I just haven't implemented the proper handling for that since the keys tied to your biometric identity is no longer valid. The fix for now is to re-install WattCat so that a new key can be used ;)

Roger that, I will do so; thanks for the response.
