No I will still have my F Pace for that trip.
That’s probably the best bet unless you’re sticking to the cities (Edinburgh/Glasgow).

Yes I planned a trip to Oban a few months ago before I even considered ordering I Pace.
From my home it’s nearly 400 miles so probably not a good bet for I Pace given your experience.
I am now near to Kilmarnock. We decided to stay the night here. There are a few CPS points and some Instavolt points around here. If I could have charged up at Tebay services then I think it might work.
Unfortunately there are no charge Points at the hotel.
Fpace has got to Kilmarnock (300 miles) on 2/3 of a tank of diesel. So about £50.
I Pace HSE, Indus Silver, Black Pack. Pano roof. Oyster/Black. Privacy glass. 22in 5056 Alloys. Air suspension. Delivered 30th June 19.

I am going to cancel Podpoint as I can’t get them to talk to me.
I have chased them 3 times now on my installation date. Nothing.
So I am canceling the order and going with BP Chargemaster as at least they are communicating with me.
Also they have a new smart product with good functionality.

Oh that doesn't bode well, I've had no comms from them either other than a mail to say everything is good and we will contact you for install.

That’s lucky. I have BP Chargemaster on 1st July. It’s capable of giving information about the amount and cost of a charge. Changing charging rates and timed charging. However it’s £100 more.

The Pod-Point App does that for your home charger as well. I had my Pod-Point charger installed in 2016 so what do I know eh?
Well worth getting the App and signing up to them as they are deploying some 50kW chargers at certain Tesco sites. And they seem to work with the I-Pace or at least the one in Crawley does... :)

Now all they need to do is put them at the numerous Tesco's in Scotland. They far outnumber all of the other major supermarkets and have a virtual monopoly from Inverness northwards. From memory, there are at least 3 Tesco supermarkets (not Metro's) in Inverness alone.

Driving "Hirundo Rustica" since 15th Mar 2019. Lovely Jubbly :D :D

Is polar only free on the 7kw chargers? I’ve used a 50kw charger today, I have the rfid card and 3 months free but not sure if that means I also pay for fast charging?
