Hi everyone.

This is just a short introduction, I’m Dan and I’ve worked for Adrian Flux Insurance for nearly 29 years.

If any of you on here have any general insurance queries or specific problems with Adrian Flux insurance please let me know. I have handpicked a small but dedicated team of staff who with me will try and assist you wherever possible. I can assure you we will be completely impartial despite being on the payroll of Adrian Flux. If we have messed-up we will acknowledge that and make efforts to get it corrected. If any of you do not understand an insurer’s viewpoint we will do our best to clearly explain it.

It could be problems ranging from simple paperwork issues to major claim disputes. With our many years of experience we should be able to answer most queries immediately. If there were issues or a problem that we can’t answer directly we would ensure that a relevant manager investigates these and we would then be able to relay an answer back.

I hope this will be of some help for you.

On behalf of myself and my team, thanks very much.

Dan.

Dan , hi
I have emailed Adrian Flux twice , with no reply
I have also started a thread on the forum about best EV car insurers , which you could have joined
Are you missing an opportunity here ? probably
It seems to me that best prices are around the £400 mark , can you match / better ? especially with the 15% discount
it would be nice to hear your thoughts
regards , Malcolm

Hi Dan,
I have just ordered an Ipace. Probably won't come now until March/April 2019.

I already have two classics insured with you but my current daily driver is with LV. Do you do multi car policies that would cater for the two classics and an Ipace?

Hi Malcolm,

Apologies for the slight delay in returning to you - perhaps you could message me via the forum. I will certainly take a look at the new thread you have started regarding EV car insurers.

Without knowing the precise 'risk' details it isn't possible to state whether we could beat a target price of £400 - as with anything if anyone requires a quotation please message me and I can arrange a call back.

Thanks

Dan

Hi Dave,

Thanks for the message and we'd certainly be interested in quoting you for your new purchase when it arrives.

We might be able to provide a multi-car style policy but I'm guessing the renewal dates of the 2 classics aren't around the time of the latest Ipace?

Additionally, many classic schemes aren't able to quote for higher value modern cars but we can certainly take a look.

Feel free to message me nearer the time.

Dan

Hello Dan - I have ordered an ipace but at the moment am not certain how much the insurance will cost although from an initial look around it appears to be much more than my current Range Rover.

Although the ipace is not due till around March next year I would rather get an indication as to price before then and wonder how we can move this forward.

I currently get my house and contents insurance via your company so feel reasonably confident with your company.

Hi again,

Whilst we cannot guarantee the premium will be the same in March as today's rates we can certainly take a look at a quotation for you.

If you'd like to message me your full name/postcode I can perhaps get someone to call you at a convenient time?

Many thanks,

Dan

Hi
I contacted Adrian Flux yesterday to quote my iPace FE
Call back today and premium is £1160
Was told membership of this forum made no difference to the premium.
Seems rather confusing.

Richard
Photon Red FE. Ordered March 18.
Delivered 8th December
