Technicians are generally wanting to do good work but because of time constraints are rushed. Each warranty action has a time allocation and the dealer only gets paid by the manufacturer for that time, so mistakes are made. Some dealerships are very profit centered and screw every penny out of staff at all levels and that leads to very poor staff morale and in turn customer satisfaction. The accountants just don’t care!.
