Volume Control

My Volume control seems to have limited itself to not go above 7, any help on how to unlock this.

Try playing some Spinal Tap.

Another volum issue: my navigation lady speaks too loud, and even if i try to turn down the volum while she speaks, no way!. A little bit like my wife😊. Any advice? ( i mean for the car)
