I have had a grumbling noise from the air suspension. Yesterday I moved it to off-road mode briefly and it made a bit of a creaking noise. Then I moved back down to normal and the creaking noise continued as the car moved. I phone Jaguar Assistance who said that this should not be the case and sent an engineer.

It seems that the air bags that the car sits on were rubbing against a cross bar, and the car is now in dock to sort it out. If you have a creaking sound it could result in damage to the bag so you should get your car seen to as soon as possible.
I had the same. And then somebody told me to let go of the brakes (so no braking). And now it seems gone

it doesn’t say much..... there is a solution , replace both front air suspension adaptive shock absorbers.
Cause of problems is return spring interference,

edit: the TSB gives 2 different sets of part numbers, so it appears that the replacement parts are of different design.
It also gives the VIN number applicability.

If you have a specific question I /we can translate further, but as I say it’s not very revealing......
car is at the dealers, collection planned for September....

hi Tophe,
vanaf = from VIN F60094, correct.
There is No to number.
Yes, I think your VIN is included

it’s not my find, I assume somebody with a Topix account found it.
[edit] - I confirm it is in Topix, released on 8/2/19. Access to this particular document is only via paid subscription (21 Euros for 1 hours access, etc)

I am sure that a competent dealer would be able to find it. In Topix, if they enter your VIN then my understanding is that all relevant documentation for that VIN is given. Not sure if it will have the same JTB number in french though....
