Thanks MyCat. I just want a functioning car.

If it's working for you then better not touch anything else I guess

Update on my car: My dealer replaced the TCU and the 12-volt battery, the TCU arrived a lot quicker than I was expecting. Right now it seems like everything is in working order, I can access the car remotely and I haven't received any false theft warnings :). Also the other issues seem to be fixed. If nothing else happens with the car I'll pick it up on Monday next week.

Can you guys tell me which tcu software version you’re running according to Wattcat?

legacyweaver, thanks for the update. Hopefully you will be good to go :) .

As for me, I have decided that 'if it ain't broke, why fix it!' is the way to go. My car was due in to the dealer today to for diagnostic investigation into the persistent theft alerts (apparently a faulty wheel arch sensor). However, according to the nice people at the tracking centre, no further alerts were recorded from 16th January. This seemed to coincide with the IOS app update. Apart from the 'forgetting profile' issue which I have basically given up on, the car is working as it should (thankfully). I did not want unnecessary tinkering around the car and therefore cancelled the dealer visit.

EEV320, my TCU version is the same as yours.

MyCat: Yes, hopefully, looks good so far. I think that's your best option, no need to tinker with it if it works :). Hopefully the car will only get better with future software updates.

Don't have Android unfortunately, is there any way to check the TCU version without Wattcat?

Mine started with the same prblems 2 days ago. Damn...
Really wondering why I cannot just set it as "not stolen" in the Android App... at least...
Another annoying software bug in this long list. (or hardware fault)
And again 3 times deleted profile since software update 2.08 ... its like a never ending story...

My MY20 EV400 has triggered this morning (first time it has happened) whilst I was dropping Mother’s Day card off and calling at Sainsbury’s. I was back at the car when the monitoring centre called me and they performed a reset. I have noticed that the App is not updating properly (car location showing as previous location for a while even though I am home, security status was showing as alarmed even when I had the doors unlocked). I am also unable to use remote functions from the Jaguar app although MyPace is still working (door unlock / lock). Sounds like a software problem on the Jaguar app or possibly intermittent Comms to the car. App is V2.6 and was updated 2 weeks ago.

A lot of these faults sounds like they could be connected to a 12V battery problem. Might be worth having that checked if you experience these issues.

I have just been for another shortish drive. The Jaguar app is still showing the range and charge pre the drive. MyPace is reporting the correct charge level and estimated range, which suggests the car is communicating with Jaguar HQ. MyPace is reporting 13.2V (on 12V battery) and TCU Battery at 80%.

Signing out and back in of the Jag Remote app has at least got it partially communicating again (I can start climate but not unlock). MyPace is still unlocking / locking the car.
