I noticed today that the Incontrol app lost my car (same for WattCat). An hour ago, it was still working.
When trying to add my car again, I noticed that the Incontrol web site is very slow and throws errors when trying to register or when trying to add a car.
It sounds by tomorrow they will upgrade the server software too. Maybe it was affected by the same charging speed and battery warm up problems
Indeed no incontrol access - car not found - can't log in via app (even re-installed it) nor via website - can't get to the stats of any my trips made :-(
Same problem appears again: no access to incontrol.jaguar.com and Jaguar Remote app not working.
Seems like it has not been a singular failure, too bad.

The old version of the app still opens for me (won't show car location etc) also says car doors are unlocked which I don't think they can be as I'm sure I locked them, I cant even go to the car to check as I'm stuck at work
Wouldn't it be nice if they placed a message on their app to say
"Hey all, we didn't bother to tell you the app would be offline because we're doing stuff, but don't worry, your car hasn't been stolen or you haven't left all the windows down and the door unlocked, it's just you can't access the app until Xpm on this date."
Does that mean post Brexit that JLR won't support subscriptions in the U.K.?
