The agony of waiting :roll: ... mine is still on the 2017 version.

In the mean time I cannot find the app in the play store anymore, so hope that is a sign they are working on a distribution of the update. :idea:

So indeed it seems to have be updated, but it is now not supported on my S10, hence disappearing from the play store. :roll:

Quick update on the topic. Had my dealer raise a ticket and they said to be working on the issue.

After many months of the app not functioning anymore, the app updated from the Google PlayStore automatically last weekend and now works fine on my OnePlus 7Pro with latest Android 10 perfectly again.

There was another update 2 days ago (for me at least) which mentioned "device compatibility alignment" so hopefully it may help you

I had uninstalled from my OnePlus 7 Pro shortly after "incompatible" issues with Android V10 update. Have now down loaded new version 1.3.95 from Google which says it was released 7thMay20 and all seems fully operating again and has down loaded new map and has made my previous saved journeys available.
Now all we need is to be allowed to drive again :)

Just checked and have 1.3.95 available as well, and more importantly it seems to be working.

Will check tomorrow if it has synced the destination to the car.

Next step: let the car remember our login.
