Re: H228 - Modules that are updated

I am guessing, but if the dealer has implemented the H228 update then all the modules above will have been updated. You will notice that the H228 update does not require updating of the Telematics Unit nor the Infotainment System. This will be why people are still running with older software after t...

Re: Looks like it’s not just I-Pace that has charging issues

But don't Tesla have the biggest and best SuperCharger network in the world?

Why would they need to use chargers from a third party?

Re: UK Servicing - actual cost?

Umm... Compared to ICE car manufacturers they sell a tiny number of cars. Even then they don't have enough service capacity to look after them. Well, according to some other EV focussed forums we have been invaded by Model 3's... YMMV mmm... Ford sold nearly 1,000,000 F-Series trucks in the USA alo...

Re: H228 Carried Out

Among other updates, H228 enables the OTA updates. The Telematics update (TCM) ca be triggert by OTA if enabled. So first step after H228 would be: Check if OTA is enabled and whether any update is showing up then. Same for IMC. Second check would be: Is the 100kW charging enabled between 10% and 5...

Re: UK Servicing - actual cost?

Tesla interestingly were very expensive but now have scrapped servicing altogether. Tesla does not have enough service centre to handle the limited number of cars they do actually sell. Hence they tell their owners they don't need servicing? What about cooling systems, braking systems, steering, su...

Re: On the Road to a New Jag

Well done sir :-) There are a few issues with software, but these are slowly being ironed out, and generally they don't affect the sheer joy of the driving the I-Pace. By the time you get yours it is likely that the major software update that is being hinted at will have arrived and your car will al...

EVs are becoming afordable

You might notice Gary in the Video :-)

https://clearwater.mg.co.uk/mg-zs-electric/

MG are also offering to match the Government grant, so you can get one for £21,000.

Unlike the eNero or Kona, these are actually on a sensible delivery time.
