Re: Keyed?

difficult to see on that pic, but if only in the lacquer I'd get a good dent repairer guy to look at it. it may just polish out. I wouldn't do it though insurance anyhow even if it needed respraying I have a separate paintwork insurance that covers this. It was an offer that I couldn't refuse from ...

Re: My Little Theory re choice of route.

The significant difference in the amount of Regen is really telling.
7.9kW in 28 miles compared to 06kW in 50 miles. That's getting on for 10% of the Battery capacity.

Well done Sir!

I think you should rename this thread to "taking the pretty route".

Re: Keyed?

doh! It was a cat after all. I spotted the devil early this morning using my car as a landing spot when climbing over the fence which is close to where it is parked. We have a lot of cats locally which explains the lack of birds in the garden. I'll have to park further away from the fence in future ...

Re: At Last - nine month gestation period?

Congrats. Enjoy Landrover / jaguar navigation uses a lot of srtistic license in route planning. I have owned many JLR”s, A discovery 5, Velar, 2 discovrry sports. They all had weird route navigation. Pretty well every SatNav system has its own idea of the 'best' way from A-to-B. I've tried Here (On...

Re: Navigation Map Update

Could use torrent type technology, windows OSs have downloaded gigabytes of data over all sorts of connections using bits since at least windows 7. Should be fully integrated into the OTA as per @ardevd comments. Sadly the provider of the mapping datas whole system is based upon core and not iterat...

Most likely a cat sliding down your shiny bonnet.
The thing is that the area where the scratch is, is pretty flat. If it was a cat then, I'd expect more than one deep line but this goes in a swirl/loop.

Keyed?

I cleaned my car yesterday and found a nasty scratch on the FRUNK just above where the air comes out from the grill intake. keyed_519_5036.jpg It feels deep so I may have been 'keyed' but quite why it is there I don't know. Anyone any thoughts? I'll be onto the insurance company today to get it repa...

If it isn't closed properly then the car won't lock. That's when you press down on the latches

Re: What did you do in, or with your I-pace today ?

Oh, the irony of driving an alleged zero emissions vehicle and then burning all that carbon into the air .... The wood has been cut down already and just left to rot. Yes Trees capture carbon but also release it back when rotting or being burnt. Oh, and the heat from the wood fire means that I don'...
