Zappi 2 works fine for timed charging with the ipace

18" tyres grip exceeds my driving ability. There is definately a range impact (use the jag tool here https://www.jaguar.co.uk/electric-cars/range.html) so can get 10-15% more range with 18" than 22"

As I understand it you need to allow for upto 4 hours for battery pre conditioning. So you need to allow time to fully charge battery plus 4 hours before departure time set. So if using eg Zappi or Anderson you will need to set it to allow charging outside the 4 hours for eg Octopus Go. So leave at ...

Zappi works in same way. I just set times in Zappi, no need to do anything in car. It then charges from Go tariff only and also from solar if enough production

No need. Drove a bit and all recognised

Zappi chargers also link with Octopus and allow easy timed charging. Also link with Solar and Battery storage if you have it or may get it.

My Jag XF could recognise 2 sets, so hopefully iPace the same

Yes it charges at full "fast" rate for timed/scheduled off peak on eco settings
