I use two dial with trip info in the middle and auto trip (reset with every trip). Than media as start screen on the bottom screen with a few radio favorites set. This works well for me also because I tend to use/notuse carplay. In both cases radio is always easily accessible
I use one dial with driver assist on the left and trip summary on the right, and media on the lower touch screen. I then have CarPlay nav on the main touch screen.

Single Dial with Trip info on left and satnav on right - but you can't (cannot, can not) have that. The left is only driver info or media, which if you don't have active cruise control is pointless. So, Full SatNav wins. Only problem there is it keeps forgetting and all I get is a picture of a silver I-Pace. Wouldn't be so bad, but mine is blue.
It bothers me a bit that the instrument panel is so laggy though. Its especially evident in the throttle gauge where the indicator arrow is noticeably choppy. I hope they improve performance because in it's current state I'd almost prefer analog dials and a smaller display that could show the map and/or media.
